Therapeutic offerings with Sarah Jamieson for body-based learning and emotional resilience.
A trauma-informed approach to movement therapy and strength. A unique opportunity to explore body-based learning and pain management. Each offering uses a blend of movement therapy, joint based mobility, and non-linear therapeutic tools and techniques to balance the nervous system and build physical freedom.
All of my offerings will give greater insights into addressing the most challenging area for clients and coaches - trauma-aware programming around regulating the nervous system and pain management by bridging the gaps between sport/profession and physical literacy. Learn to identify and address pain-care, as well as gain knowledge in exercise prescription and therapeutic modalities.
As a seasoned licensed NLP Practitioner and a Movement and Somatics Educator, I have spent decades specializing in trauma informed carework across multiple disciplines. This informs how I design, facilitate, guide my clients towards building physical freedom to enjoy their movement day to day.
I believe that pain doesn't need to be a barrier to living your best life. It just needs to be better understood and managed through a longevity -intuitive-based coaching model that promotes self-regulation. I approach body-based learning as an educational agent for change, which includes trauma-informed care across multiple disciplines.
All my offerings, workshops and movement coaching complement and integrate with the clinical and strength fields by using energetic and evidence-based exercise physiology, cognitive science, and energetic science to enhance your quality of life.
Sarah Jamieson resides in Vancouver BC, Canada. I want to take a moment to acknowledge and honor with gratitude that my work takes place on the traditional Coast Salish Lands of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations.

"What sets Sarah apart from other coaches is her true expertise of movement that transcends training, rehab and beyond. Sarah’s versatile knowledge of movement creates dynamic environments for her clients to physically thrive no matter the goal at hand, and that’s exactly why her work has been so successful in bridging the gaps between clinical rehabilitation and performance. Her Pain Free Movement & Recovery System is the perfect supplement to any strength or performance program, including many of my programs that have been co-managed with synergistic success. Sarah's passion and resilience to maintaining long-term health in herself and her clients is one of the keys reasons she was hand picked to serve as a lead instructor for the Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification (PPSC) that will empower thousands of fitness professionals worldwide each year.
