This foundational Daily Durability Program is designed to enhance your joint range of motion, capsular strength and rebalance the nervous system in less than 15-minutes a day. Over 70 videos, combining standing joint based movement, and ground-based flows.
These programs are designed to support longevity using site specific trauma-informed sensory-strength-based programming. With over 15 years working in pain management, this programs are designed to reduce common complaints like lower back pain, shoulder and neck pain and are safe and effective for both the gym or home based training.
One on One coaching is a personalized path to exploring body-based learning through a trauma-informed lens. We start with identifying areas of challenge and address your movement in a guided learning environment to help you better understand your health and learn the tools towards physical freedom.
