Get Strong and Resilient Joints In The Gym and Out Into The World

Prevention is the key to longevity. Adaptation and over-compensation without re-alignment and preventative care of the tissues and joints is a leading contributor to loss of durability and injury over time. We must test and program for movement quality and durability, not just for performance. These programs are about less, not more. They are not filled with hundreds of videos or 90-minute workouts. It's designed to work with your existing training program by adding two corrective-based days to your off, rest or pre-habilitation days.

 

They are carefully programmed to be lighter, lower threshold to enhance your body's natural ability to recover while focusing on refining your quality movement, cleaning up movement limitations developed over time and regulating your nervous system through a sound science-based approach. Injury Proofing The Shoulders and Hips programs gives you the opportunity to work on your range of motion, joint strength and learn to troubleshoot on the spot using different modalities that directly benefit your main training program and daily physical readiness.

INJURY PROOFING THE SHOULDERS

This program is designed to introduce you to the structure and function of the shoulder complex and the importance of postural alignment in movement.

 

Each week offers you two corrective-strength based days that can seamlessly integrate into your current training or recreational program. Each week is  progressive series so that you can continue to work week-to-week on enhancing ranges-of-motion, joint and body control, resiliency, and physical capacity that safeguards your shoulders from injury or overuse.

USER MANUAL AND HANDBOOK, includes self screening, mobility and stability weekly workout complexes carefully designed to provide you with a progressive exercise prescription.

Injury proofing the hips

This program is designed to introduce you to the structure and function of the hips so that you can identify compensations and asymmetries to help prevent and mitigate risk of injury in higher threshold training. This program includes strategies for troubleshooting the squat, deadlift so you can improve range of motion, capsular strength and reduce lower back concerns.
